Due to its red color, contains a greater amount of antioxidants than the rest of the Mexican beans. These delicious beans melt in your mouth and make a luxurious smooth broth recognized for its delicious flavor and silkiness.

Ideal with aromatic herbs, with rice, in dips, or in soups with raw green salsa and fresh cheese. Exquisite.
